Rottach-Egern has a new top restaurant: the Haubentaucher. The brief was to give it a fresh look, with a southern touch and the typical character of a boathouse. The grey, roughly sawn spruce of the facade envelops the bistro inside and out; the concrete benches directly reference the terrace facing the road. The selection of materials reflects the high quality of the thoroughly special cuisine that Lois cooks up here.
