Our projects combine quality, tradition and innovation — we have also firmly anchored these values as part of our communication at EHAM. Our continued focus on high-quality work and unique communication was recognized this year with the prestigious Thalhofer Award. We want to say thank you for landing in the Top 3!

This success was made possible by the collaboration of a dedicated team that works equally well together in terms of craftsmanship and communication. As a result, our communication appeals to a target group that identifies with innovative design and the creative use of traditional craftsmanship.

The Thalhofer Award highlights the importance of clear communication in today’s world of information. This is also reflected in its slogan: “Courageous with media”. This ranges from specific advertising measures to the use of unusual channels. In our case, part of our focus was on our communication for apprentices, because we designed and constructed a unique EHAM booth at the “Stuzubi” trade fair together with our current apprentices. The other part of our focus were our videos, which we all create with a lot of effort and dedication in order to give new apprentices and potential employees a vivid and authentic impression of our work at EHAM.

The entire team deserves recognition for their work and the courage to always break new ground. This award is proof of the dedication and commitment of every person on our team — the Thalhofer Award is not only confirmation of the work we have done so far, but also motivation for the future.
