This is lived practice at Eham. This includes having snacks together. It’s a tradition.
“Create special places.”
This also applies in-house. The snack bar (“Brotzeitstüberl”) next to the studio is a meeting place. And right here we tried something new, because healthy eating and good food are very important to us.
In December, we asked the passionate chef Frederic Mueller to create three very special lunches for our team in a first test run:
– Green deer curry with green vegetables, basil and fragrant rice
– Vegan bock beer lentil stew with pumpkin, and green salads
– Bavarian game spring rolls with salad and apple chutney
Thinking seasonally. From regional products. For the employees. For a common lunch, healthy and fresh. Test passed!
